Culinary Academy offers new modern equipment in the center of Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. The building has an area of 2500 square meters. M has six kitchen laboratories, a separate laboratory, a bakery, a demonstration restaurant, hot, cold and cooked kitchens, students learn their practical skills, learning from our experienced chef-instructors. In the wine cellar, computer room and the largest culinary library of the country, they gain theoretical knowledge about food, drinks, and various related subjects. Our 100-seat demonstration theater will be the stage for the best chefs in the world.
