Eu Students

European Union Student Admission Procedure

After filling out your online application, the following steps will be completed so that you can begin training at the CC Academy.

Step 1

Paying a registration fee of 50 euros and sending us your high school diploma by email

Step 2

Take an interview in English with our admissions office, or at
our school, or via Skype. The Academy will send an email notification with the results within 5 business days.

Step 3

Culinary Arts Program:

Upon receipt, a reservation fee of € 1325 must be paid. This amount will include both partial and partial initial tuition. Along with payment for the reservation, we require that the following documents be sent to the Academy. (see below)

  • Diploma for completed secondary education;
  • a copy of your identification card/passport;
  • Original health certificate;

Food and Beverage Management Program:

Upon receipt, a reservation fee of EUR 850 must be paid. This amount will be a 50% advance tuition fee. Along with payment for the reservation, we require that the following documents be sent to the Academy. (see below)

  • Diploma for completed secondary education;
  • a copy of your identification card/passport;
  • Original health certificate;

Non-EU Students

Admission procedure for students who are not citizens of the European Union

After filling out your online application, the following 5 steps will take place to get you started at HRC Academy. Keep in mind that the general procedure takes about 3 months.

Step 1

Paying a registration fee of 50 euros and sending us your high school diploma and passport by e-mail

Step 2

Have an interview with our admissions office. The Academy will send an email notification with the results within 5 business days.

Step 3

Culinary Arts Program:

Upon receipt, a reservation fee of € 1325 must be paid. This amount includes a fee for your equipment, a visa service fee, and a partial tuition fee. Along with payment for the reservation, we require that the following documents be sent to the Academy. (see below)

Food and Beverage Management Program:

Upon acceptance, a non-refundable reservation fee of 750 euros, which must be received by the bank, is refundable. This amount will serve as a visa service fee. Along with the payment of booking fees, we require that the following documents be sent to the Academy. (see below)

  1. The original or notarized copy of the diploma of higher education, including compulsory subjects (script).
  2. A certificate issued by the Ministry of Education of the country of residence, which indicates that the applicant’s academic credentials give them the right and access to university education in the country of residence.
  3. The original health certificate issued no more than a month before the date of application to the Bulgarian Ministry of Education.
  4. Six identical and recent color passport-size photographs.
    All documents must be certified by the relevant authorities (Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country of residence), certified and legalized by the Bulgarian Consulate at the nearest Bulgarian diplomatic

For countries that have signed the Hague Convention, there is a so-called apostille certificate. After translation and notarization of documents, they can be “legalized” with this certificate without the need for further legalization in the relevant authorities or consulates of Bulgaria. A list of countries and additional information on the Apostille certificate can be found here.

Once these documents are received by the HRC Culinary Academy, they will be sent to the Bulgarian Ministry of Education for approval. This process may take about 30 business days.

Step 4

HRC Culinary Academy will send an email notification of the approval status of the applicant from the Minister
