Facilities

CC Culinary Academy is located in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. Our world-class facilities are equipped with seven kitchen laboratories in our 2.500 m2 area. Chocolate atelier, baking kitchen, hot kitchen, pastry shop, research, and development kitchen and cooking kitchen allow students to master practical skills. Our kitchen training laboratories are equipped with the best kitchen equipment for training. The hot kitchen laboratory is equipped with both classic French cast-iron stoves and induction burners to introduce students to a wide range of preferred cooking methods found around the world.

The facility offers an extensive layout with spacious and bright rooms. It focuses on knowledge sharing and encourages innovation to create the best, possibly everyday, educational experience for the student.

Our cooking studio and demonstration restaurant also offers a wide range of facilities for special classes, such as drink and mixology lessons. The culinary studio is also used for classes with home chefs and various special events.

The country’s largest culinary library, multimedia laboratory and our didactic wine cellar will help students gain knowledge about food, drinks, and various hospitality items. A 100-seat demo theater complements all of this: a stage for the best chefs in the world.

Students with a degree will also gain hands-on practical experience and will work at our Talents Restaurant, a gastronomic restaurant open to the public and located on the main NDK Square in the city center.
